18th Century Dinner At Fort Roberdeau

The 18th century dinner at Fort Roberdeau is a unique dining experience. You will feast upon food prepared according to 18th century recipes by volunteers Nellie Wright and Peggy Fields, who have participated in a training program in the kitchens of Colonial Williamsburg. You will be served in a period style atmosphere at the farmhouse by our costumed interpreters. The menu for each dinner is planned using seasonally available meats, vegetables and fruits. Two courses and a light dessert are served in period style.
